CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
As part of our commitment to customer service, SKOR offers a fair return policy in accordance with ACCC consumer guarantee requirements. If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased and it is unopened with all seals and packaging are intact, you may return the item(s) for a refund within 30 days of receiving your purchase or exchange the product(s).
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange or refund any products once they have been opened.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND OR EXCHANGE?
Successful return claims will be credited back to the original credit card used at the time of purchase or your PayPal account within 10-12 business days of our warehouse receiving your return.
Kindly allow up to 21 business days for return claims to be processed.
WHAT IF MY ORDER WAS WRONG OR THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED?
Please contact our customer service on firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you can with your order number and details of the incorrect or damaged product.

At this time we only sell products in Australia.

All Skor account members receive our monthly the newsletter with latest news & updates on the brand as well as and information about places, people, food, writing, design and more that inspires us. Your details will be used to communicate with you directly and will not be passed on to any other party. However, please note that by entering our customer database, you are also nominating to receive SKOR event invitations and information about SKOR-partnered initiatives. You can unsubscribe at any time by following the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of all our correspondence.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
You do not need to create an account to shop online; rather, you can purchase as a guest.
However, creating an account will allow you to move more swiftly through the purchasing process: you will be able to save your personal details, store multiple delivery addresses, peruse past orders, update subscription details and receive special Aesop customer event invitations and new product information.
