SHIPPING & DELIVERY
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Depending on your location, your order should arrive in 3-6 business days from the time that we process your order using Standard Shipping. We cannot guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery.
WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?
We ship domestic orders only via Australia Post. International shipping is currently not available. The delivery costs are flat rate regardless of volume, weight or destination. If the total cost of your order is over $100, delivery is free (Standard delivery only).
Shipping costs are as follows:
- Standard Shipping $9.95
- Free Shipping on all orders over $100
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER?
If you change your mind, you are able to return a product, as long as all seals and packaging are still intact. Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange or refund any products once they have been opened.
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed online. This is because your online order is sent to our warehouse where it immediately enters the order fulfilment process. However, you may return orders for a refund. See returns and exchanges for information about sending products you’ve ordered back to us.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive an email informing you that your order has been dispatched.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
If you would like to track your order, please contact Customer Service on email@example.com and they will be able to provide you with your tracking details.
CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?
Once an order has been placed we are unable to amend it, so please ensure you enter the correct delivery details when ordering.
